Planning and management of aesthetic and surgical operation processes,
Creation, reminder, and confirmation of appointments,
Notification to the Ministry of Health, Provincial Health Directorate, and other public institutions as required by relevant legislation (e.g., Medula, E-Nabız),
Identity verification and prevention of misconduct,
Measuring patient satisfaction and improving healthcare services,
Execution of accounting, invoicing, and financial transactions,
Subject to your explicit consent; providing medical information, campaign announcements, and “before-after” sharing on social media.
Your data is collected through verbal and written statements made by you in person, the website, e-mail, social media, telephone calls, analysis results, and security cameras. This data is processed based on the legal grounds of KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) “Establishment and performance of a contract”, (ç) “Legal obligation”, (e) “Establishment, exercise or protection of a right”, and KVKK Art. 6/3 “Execution of medical diagnosis and treatment services”. Promotion and visual sharing activities are based on the legal ground of “Explicit Consent.”
Your data may be shared, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with:
The Ministry of Health and its affiliated sub-units,
Social Security Institution (SGK),
Private insurance companies (if utilized),
Laboratories, imaging centers, and other physicians consulted,
The General Directorate of Security and courts in case of legal necessity,
Financial advisors and lawyers (for legal and financial processes).
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, by applying to our clinic, you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed, request information if processed, learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred (domestic/abroad), request correction if incomplete/inaccurate, request deletion, and claim compensation for damages.
